Grayscale Power Girl by mysteryming Grayscale Power Girl by mysteryming
Making some more pieces to sell at Heroes. Don't know how long I can keep using this gray marker, its fumes are fierce!

You give the subject such weight and relevance, beyond the usual fan-boy nonsense.

I love how you draw superheroines, because you create faces and bodies that mean way way more than just sex. It's fantastic.

Your style is super gorgeous and when I become an artisty vampire I will steal it :)

great piece, you really captured "her" with the expression here. She always reads as a serious/intelligent character, but many times pics of her focus on other parts of her character. very well done.

Thank you so much. I did take a bit of a departure from the standard Power Girl sketch attitude, and I'm glad it jibed well with you.

It's a Chartpak marker in "Cool Gray #1."

Man, I don't knowwww. A lot of people use Prismacolor, so that can't be too awful, right? Maybe I will try a Prismacolor sometime. There's gotta be a better way.

I do like that this marker doesn't make my inks bleed at all, though!
